Call our main line and Sofía answers. She is an AI — we would rather you read that here than wonder about it later. She handles the first conversation the way a good receptionist does: finds out what you need, answers what she can, and gets you on the calendar. This is not a demo sandbox. It is the same number printed at the top of this page.
What she does
- Answers our real, published business line — the number in our header and on our contact page, not a sandbox we reset between demos.
- Speaks English and Spanish, and follows you if you switch languages in the middle of the call.
- Books onto a real calendar. Ask for a free assessment and she checks live availability, places the appointment on the same Cal.com calendar our contact page uses, and you get the same confirmation email as any other booking.
- Leaves a durable record. Every call ends with a written transcript, a summary, and a lead in the same database this website's contact form writes to — so nothing falls through between the call and the follow-up.
How it is built
A phone number routed over SIP into a realtime speech model, with the calendar, the lead database, and our email notifications wired in as tools the model can actually call — not a recorded menu tree. The website you are reading and the receptionist who answers the phone write to the same leads table: one pipeline, two front doors.
