We answer our own phone with the thing we sell

August 9, 2026 · 2 min read

Every AI vendor has a demo. The demo is rehearsed, it runs on a sandbox that gets reset between meetings, and it stops the moment you ask something off-script. What it proves is that the vendor can build a demo.

So we put ours on our own number

The number at the top of this site is answered by Sofía, an AI receptionist we built. Not a sandbox — the real line, the one a prospect or a client dials. She works in English and Spanish, follows you if you switch languages mid-sentence, and if you ask for a free assessment she checks the calendar and books it while you are still on the call.

If she gets something wrong, she gets it wrong in front of a customer. That was the point of putting her there.

What "shipped" has to mean

Something is not shipped because it worked in a meeting. It is shipped when it carries weight — when something you care about breaks if it fails. For us, three things had to be true before she answered a single call:

The test you should apply to us

Ask any vendor — us included — to show you something running that you can try yourself, without their hand on the wheel. Then actually try it. Our number is on the work page, and nobody is standing by to catch it.
